My main responsibility is to expand Chinese market including create and organize Chinese Weibo/Wechat account, communicate with Chinese customer and vendor, Chinese translation and anything about China. My other responsibility is to support all social media(Facebook, twitter), produce and publish content on the portal, Monscierge , HCM, websites and all OTA. Collect and reply to users feedback. And to coordinate with outside agencies and partners to execute campaigns( Email campaign,SMS campaign,all activities about the hotel and outlets,posters, banners).

My job is about applying new visa for the employee, transfer visa, cancel visa. And renew shop license and contract. I also deposit and withdraw money in bank. I need to prepar the document and hand in to the office. I also need to take the document(passport,labour card) after finishing

My job is about journal entry, preparing daily and monthly report,deposit and withdraw money bank reconciliation. Sometimes I need to do the jobs as a cashier and adminstration such as typing and print document, send emails etc.
