I am a Manager of Guest Services with over 20 years of customer service background. I have always been one to be a people pleaser and I find my joy through making others happy. I've climbed the ladder in hospitality by excelling in delivering excellent service. I have utilized every opportunity to learn and expand my knowledge of customer engagement and implementing that knowledge every day. I pride myself on building relationships with my team and my colleagues. With proven results time and time again, I have built a team that shares my passion to provide the best service possible. In addition, I have a team that is comfortable bringing issues to me. They do so knowing that the issues will be handled in a professional and respectful manner. I believe that work should be fun! After all we are at work the majority of our day. Work life balance is important to me as well. I never want to grow stale somewhere. I am proud of the work that I do and the results that show due to my dedication. I give 100% to any job that I am asked to do.
