Project Coordinator - Rogers CupSdimktg May 2019 - Sep 2019Toronto, Canada AreaAs an agency that represents the title sponsors, working with the Account Coordinator, I helped bring the 2019 Toronto Rogers Cup to life. My responsibilities included VIP/client hosting, as well as activation and prizing. I recruited, trained, and scheduled Brand Ambassadors for the event; sourced premiums and vendors to bring our spaces to life; coordinated set up; was the onsite contact for the VIP lounge; and, assisted in tear down, as well as the preparation of the post event report and wrap. To be an effective member of Rogers Cup team, I had to be extremely organized, a great communicator, and able to work under pressure. Ensuring all needs of Tennis Canada and Rogers are met in a timely matter and all parties are happy is top of mind before, during, and after the event. -
