As a member of the XMC team, I am responsible for supporting the Sobeys Mobile Food Experience (MFX) and Sobeys customer experiences to re-engage during the pandemic.

I was a member of the team that worked behind the scenes to bring the Rogers Hometown Hockey festival to 25 cities across Canada. My responsibilities included: recruiting staff nationally for each stop of the tour; securing local VIP locations and menus; booking and creating rooming lists for all hotels; arranging team transportation flights and ferries; integrating local CHL and USport teams; and, ordering/ organizing premiums and assets for shipment to cities across Canada. In this position I demonstrated my attention to detail, excellent organization, effective communication and problem-solving.

As an agency that represents the title sponsors, working with the Account Coordinator, I helped bring the 2019 Toronto Rogers Cup to life. My responsibilities included VIP/client hosting, as well as activation and prizing. I recruited, trained, and scheduled Brand Ambassadors for the event; sourced premiums and vendors to bring our spaces to life; coordinated set up; was the onsite contact for the VIP lounge; and, assisted in tear down, as well as the preparation of the post event report and wrap. To be an effective member of Rogers Cup team, I had to be extremely organized, a great communicator, and able to work under pressure. Ensuring all needs of Tennis Canada and Rogers are met in a timely matter and all parties are happy is top of mind before, during, and after the event.

As a member of the team that built the Rogers Hometown Hockey festival in 25 cities across Canada, I supervised all brand ambassadors and volunteers for the festival to ensure sponsor’s messaging and content was administered. I also coordinated Ron MacLean’s weekly "meet and greet," and book signing.

Ensured Toronto Blue Jays’ fans had a great game-day experience was the goal of a Guest Experience Ambassador. This role included assisting guests with mobility devices, distributing souvenirs to children, recognizing fans’ milestones (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries), and assisting with on-field fan events.

This position had a dual role involving sales/customer service, and operations. Responsibilities included selling game programs and responding to customer inquiries on game days. In addition, this role was responsible for the manual snow removal from the ice rink surface during game intermissions

With a role to support a respectful environment, responsibilities included grounds maintenance (e.g., grass mowing with walking and riding equipment, trimming, weeding, and planting flowers), grave-site preparation, funeral set-up and assisting visitors.
