Overall responsibility for client implementations, managing a team of Implementation Consultants and Data Analysts supporting both Beeline VMS and IQN VMS Software Applications. • Manage all activities, processes, resource management and functions for the Implementation Consultants and Data Analysts• Responsible for drafting and also reviewing Statements of Work (SOW) for the Professional Services Organization• Collaborate on internal and external methodologies for updates and standardization• Act as Executive Sponsor on Beeline and IQN implementations• Configuration and Implementation of client sites as needed• Recruit, retain, and develop a team capable of delivering high quality global SAAS services• Measure and mentor employee performance and coach on improvements, if necessary• Work collaboratively with Beeline Professional Services management team including Project Management, Configuration Management, Integration Management and Finance Management. Also work collaboratively with management teams across the organization including Account Management, Product, Development and Support Services• Monitor and advise on adherence to the Beeline implementation methodology• Ensure all projects are appropriately staffed and monitor weekly progress against stated project plan• Advise on and support industry best practices

Overall responsibility for customer configuration requirements and standards, supervising a team of Configuration Analysts supporting both Consol VMS and IQN VMS Software Applications. • Hiring, mentoring, training, reviewing documentation, providing yearly performance reviews, and supporting all activities and functions for the configuration team• Defining, documenting, and communicating the requirements process and methodology• Subject matter expert on Consol VMS and IQN VMS functionality for the configuration teams• Provide training and guidance to team on handling customers and customer incidents• Manage resource plans for the configuration team• Escalation point for customers on configuration issues• Maintain and administer SharePoint requirements repositories• Oversee the configuration review process • Hands on creation and maintenance and implementation documentation• Configuration and Implementation of client sites as needed

Greater New York City Area

Provide the following services to internal and external clients of Consol VMS:• Under general direction, formulate and define software configuration requirements and objectives based on user needs• Facilitate workflow definition meetings with clients, devise or modify process workflow based on specific requirements• Perform complex work flow analysis and recommend alternatives based on best practice• Provide detailed analysis of benefits and drawbacks of configuration alternatives to allow clients to make informed decisions about the best approach for their organization• Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment• Prepare detailed specifications including workflows and technical documentation from which programs will be configured • Configuration, testing and demonstrations of created programs to users• Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and facilitate UAT process with users• Works with product development group to identify how new or modified features impact configuration documentation and processes• Provide overview and demos to clients on new feature capabilities• Perform and lead tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.• Devise improvements to current configurations and develops models of possible future configurations• Act as information resource to implementation, software development, product management, and quality assurance group
