About Stephanie Lynch

With 18 years involvement in the beekeeping industry and over 25 years experience in business systems I have developed a solid foundation of expertise and skills. I am a dedicated and motivated person who strives for continuous improvement in processes and systems. I am highly organised and focused on ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered to the highest standard. I have practical experience in the implementation of large ERP systems. This includes process mapping, defining business requirements, developing improved processes and implementing system and new business procedures. This work includes data migration, user documentation, staff training and system administration. Some projects included integrating business processes and systems during mergers between large businesses (mostly in the dairy industry) and/or business restructures.My broad range of experience has enabled me to come up with innovative solutions for hard-to-solve problems as well as identify potential issues that may not have been considered. I enjoy variety in my role and I’m quite happy to get stuck in and support others wherever needed.
