I have the honor to serve and lead a team responsible for the delivery of learning offerings to associates and clients through the Enterprise Learning Delivery Center of Expertise (CoE). This includes ensuring that our Learning Delivery offerings effectively support the needs of the business by focusing on process improvements, identifying operational efficiencies and providing an effortless modern learning experience for our associates and clients. I have the unique pleasure to collaborate daily with leaders both in the CoE and the business units to ensure alignment and successful execution of learning deliverables to include providing input in the instructional design process, identify and incorporate delivery innovations, seek out and incorporate feedback, specific to learning delivery methods, while leading medium to large scale projects.Coaching, mentoring, and supporting continuous learning and staff development is always at the forefront in order to enhance individual performance and team capabilities. Served as part of the Extended University’s senior leadership team, responsible for the leadership, financial management, development and implementation of short and long term plans of corporate relationship building and executive and community enrichment activities, including custom executive education programs, non-degree certificate programs, international english language program, non-credit online courses, and robust community enrichment open-enrollment programs. Reported to the Dean of Extended University and managed a team of 22 FTEs and over 200 contract instructors, responsible for setting the strategic direction and marketing platforms as well as defining, building, and leveraging strategic partnerships with corporate entities, other academic units at UTEP, associations, and local community through innovative and entrepreneurial initiatives that foster inclusive learning opportunities.
