I am a senior at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and will graduate early August 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Project Management. I am working for The Boldt Company as a Human Resources Coordinator Intern. Within my internship I have worked with programs such as Power BI, Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint, CMiC, ShareFiles, and E-Verify. Some of my responsibilities are to run audits and ensure employee data is accurate within the different systems used, offboarding employees who are no longer with the company, and fulfill requests sent into the Human Resources Service Center inbox. Some requests that come onto the Human Resources Service Center will be filing of certain documents into employees files, compiling certain employee data for projects, and documenting, filing, and processing payroll action forms. This internship has given me experience with the many different facets within Boldt showing me the how well all the departments work and flow within the one Boldt approach.
