National Accounts Service Supervisor
Current- Lead, Cultivate, and Support Interstate's National Account Specialist Team, who also support the Regional and WD/Jobber business segments. Supervisor, Account Services
- Support and train team of 10+ Account Services and Support Specialists in providing high levels of support Excellence to our National Accounts, Regional Customers, and WD/Jobber Customers, while also delivering.
- Lead team in consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs related to customer service expectations and inquiry resolution within Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the category and reason; average ~90%.
- Own and lead team responsible for new account setups and launches, along with existing account program modifications, involving system updates to the Distributor network and Support Center organization.
- Core team member on high level improvement Continuous Improvement initiatives, such as Open Orders, Distributor Communications, Go-to Market Leadtime, and SAP system transition and implementation
- Other key achievements:> Implementation of ServiceNow CRM tool providing data and visibility of case Resolution KPI and providing insights into customer requests/needs. Successfully launched 80+ customers into.
