I’m a Senior Risk examiner with over 16 years of regulatory experience with two different agencies, supervising institutions up to $80 billion in total assets. I’m passionate about people and constantly seek opportunities to grow and evolve as much as the industry around me is. My background and experience in Safety and Soundness, Consumer Compliance, IT, BSA, and experience reviewing Banking as a Service allow me to understand risks across organizations. I love the ability to apply deep analytical and critical thinking skills, understand the various business models and conditions my banks are operating within and communicate my assessment and observations back to bank leadership. I’m an open, direct communicator, and appreciate experiences that allow me to add value and share my unique perspective. I’m actively seeking ways to improve and give back to the culture within my organizations. I contribute as a member and leader within several employee resource groups, coordinate our division’s job shadow program, and serve as an administrator of our women’s resource group mentoring program.
