Through coaching, I help support teen girls and young women who have lived experience with foster care build the skills and confidence they need to live the life they deserve. Often, these girls are the most vulnerable population, and I intend to show them they have the power to live fully by setting healthy boundaries, becoming self-aware, and gaining the strength and confidence to use their voice.
