Throughout my career, I have focused on providing authentic learning experiences that empower students through collaboration with school and community members, culturally relevant topics and materials, and technology integration. As an instructional leader, some of my core strengths include building and fostering relationships, using effective communication, advocating for equitable learning experiences, and making data-driven decisions to increase student achievement. I am interested in new opportunities that leverage my leadership skills and allow me to continue empowering educators to utilize their talents and resources while providing explicit and meaningful instruction.
