Implementation Manager for the Digitising Social Care Records (DSCR) and Sensor Based Falls Protection Digital Technology (SBFPDT) workstreams within the Digitising Social Care Programme (DiSC) at Surrey Heartlands ICB.

Leading on the Implementation of a digital care management solution within the nursing, residential and domestic care environments. Striving towards creating a digitally enabled care team, improving processes to maximise productivity whilst also ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care.

Lead on a full review of the admissions criteria of the village in line with William Whiteley's Will. Following Board acceptance I developed new processes and documentation to support the implementation of the new criteria and streamlining of the admissions processes.

Member of the transition team driving the evolution of Whiteley Village, a thriving retirement community supporting older people of limited means, into the ‘New Model of Care’. My role includes developing, managing & driving the projects required to transition into the New Model of Care as well as the logistics required to move into our new £10m Eliza Palmer Care Hub due to open in May 2019. Individual projects include; Sage online timesheet system launch, accident & incident reporting throughout the village, archiving and detailed move logistics encompassing the varied work streams that support the functioning of the village. My detailed projects have a systems focus whilst I also have a strong daily focus on macro & micro project management & change management. Other responsibilities include key performance indicator reporting and advising on GDPR responsibilities trust-wide.
