My achievements and responsibilities include:• Leading customer communications to 60,000 residents for senior business partners in communities, lettings, tenancy management, neighbourhoods, resident engagement, asset management and sales.• Leading internal communications to over 2,000 employees, based in office, remote and out in the field, using different channelsand key messages to target and engage. Campaigns have included new ways of working, rewards, and supporting employee roadshows and events.• Managing team members, working with them to develop new skills and experience and provide the best service to customers.• Copywriting, content creation and editing for digital and print media.• Planning, delivering and evaluating campaigns for employees (internal), customer and external stakeholders.• Writing case studies and press releases to highlight important business announcements and highlight achievements.• Using social media, email marketing, message screen software, film editing, monitoring tools and other digital sites to effectively market opportunities and deliver key messages to target audiences.• Directing resident and employee photoshoots and producing films for internal and external publication. • Coordinating projects with print and media suppliers.

• Liaising with national, regional, online and broadcast journalists on a daily basis to introduce them to new businesses, services and merchandise. Most notably, I was responsible for securing a placement in The Sun newspaper.• Organising meetings between clients and journalists to promote products in the national press. • Researching, collating and writing press releases for new products, widening publicity and boosting client sales.• Representing clients at publicity events and following up on placement leads with journalists. • Updating and maintaining client social media pages, ensuring customer feedback was promptly responded to and establishing a feeling of unity between customers and the company.• Researching new business leads in order to expand Fire PR’s exposure and increase revenue.• Building a solid relationship with clients through regular correspondence, building confidence in my ability to support the brand’s growth.
