Taking simple reports, using and having full knowledge of teletype, assisting dispatch on the radio, fingerprinting, helping the public with any questions they may have, and other clerical activities that the front desk may require. The duties of the position are at a more advanced level, it requires a considerable independent judgment and carry a higher level of responsibilities. Responsibilities include Responding to and investigates traffic accidents. Writing accidents reports, narrative and pictorial and issuing citations. Providing traffic control where needed during accident scenes and locations with malfunctioning equipment. Enforcing parking regulations, including handicapped zones, fire zones, and blocked driveways. Responding to traffic complaints. Writing offense and property reports as reported by citizens. Providing court testimony as required. Providing assistance as requested by Police Officers and/or immediate supervisor. Deals with Crime scene processing and crime evidence.

Abilities to read and interpret document intake and calorie counts.

Responsibilities include various tasks concerning all patient records maintained in the Radiology File Room. Filing, retrieval, answering telephones, purging files, setting up appointments, and scanning order forms.

Customer Service – Cash out the customer and return and exchange items. Help the customer and always make sure they receive quality service. Make sure you always go out of your way to make sure they leave happy.
