Assist Sales with on boarding new Authenticom clients.Train new clients on how to work with Authenticom to get the most out of their products. Lead team training and client training sessions. Responsibilities included: assisting sales with new client retention, understanding the clients marketing needs, training new clients on how our products could assist with their marketing products / programs / campaigns, setting client expectations and ensuring contractual agreements were being met.Managed a team of people in the department, which included training on each client specific product and ensuring expectations from that client were being met by the team. Assisted with company structure changes, provided ideas for positive structure and employee changes. Once the client was trained in all of our processes, I would work with the client and our general department managers to integrate the client into our general production team.
