I am an independent commercial and editorial photo retoucher based out of Portland, Oregon. I have 18 years of experience creating polished and dynamic imagery for a wide variety of brands and publications. This was a recurring contract position where I scanned, processed, retouched, and restored old film and prints dating from the 1850s through present day. Often, I worked with large batches where I was expected to process and do basic retouching on a minimum of 125 photos per hour. Other times, I was working intensively on the digital restoration of individual photos

I was originally hired to U.S. Talent Management as a photo retoucher for model portfolios and promotional materials. Over the course of my first few months working there, I quickly came to manage all digital imaging, print and promo production, and graphic design for the agency.

For this internship, I was brought in to consult on a new visual marketing strategy for the company. I photographed products, managed all post production, and worked directly with the CEO and sales team to develop a new graphic design style for both the company website and all print marketing collateral.
