I specialize in Property Management of commercial, medical office buildings, retail centers and residential. I've worked in Property Management since 1983. My primary responsibilities included organizing and managing all aspects of the physcial property (interior and exterior) as well as collecting rents and preparing financial reports for the owners. Under my supervision was the maintenance dept. whom I work closely with in managing all building systems, HVAC, electric, water, emergency generator, security and work orders from tenants. Contracted the janitorial, security, HVAC and all other contracts related to management of the properties. I also maintained contact with all vendors to improve the systems and keep costs to a minimum.
