I am currently working at Tous, a Jewelry store, with a range of beautiful and unique collections. Every piece of jewelry in the store has its own unique detail. We are part of the Reinhold Group, and our headquarters are based in Spain. The women I work with are extremely customer oriented, business smart, and very welcoming. The clients from this store make this experience so much better. My professional experience is specifically in administrative work, from vast computer skills and knowledge (microsoft office, quick keyboard skills, research, translations, html, web documents, flyers, etc) I am very well at dictation, as well as translation. I previously worked in the reservations department of a beautiful hotel. I took, checked, and worked with all reservations and guests to assure that their stay was one they had never experienced before. I also worked with group events as well as weddings, from first contact, to the last goodbyes.Specifically with weddings, I worked with the bride and groom, as well as all of their guests, to organize where each guest is staying, their transportation, as well as any spa services, and activities they would like to enjoy. I try to go above and beyond to help anyone out with any request. My goal is to start learning more about event and wedding planning, I love the creativity, and chaos of the job, I enjoy helping people out, and organizing many things.Specialties: I have very good organizational skills, I learn very quickly, I try to find solutions to specific problems instead of using general solutions, as each problem has its own answers.
