Senior Data Science Manager
- Manage all aspects of data science development across multiple data science teams - both internal and external. Machine learning, image processing, OCR, and NLP development processes center around agile sprint cycles and tools utilized are Jira and Confluence. - Moved extraction accuracy to 95%+ in blind test documents.- Negotiate integration methodologies to ensure successful delivery of data science, supervised and unsupervised machine learning components into the application. Work closely with DevOps and Engineering Directors to provide the best DS solutions possible.-Hire, manage and mentor teams across a multinational, multilingual, multi time zone, multi-cultural environment. Began with 5 reports in 2018 and grew to 3 teams consisting of 4-8 direct/indirect reports each.-Responsibilities include all aspects of the Data Science Manager role noted below.
