I’m obsessed with flow. I start computer games over and over again to get the flow maximized throughout the game, and try to streamline how I cook dinner to be more efficient than a television chef. Now, I’ve turned this into my entrepreneurial passion. My company offers agile coaching to help other organizations maximize their flow.Along my personal agile journey; I have studied numerous methods including Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile and Scaled Agile Framework. These methods and frameworks blend with empiricism which still keeps me connected to my early career as a scientist in Biotechnology.My consulting background spans start-ups, enterprises and government clients – all of whom have offered continuous learning and growth while also allowing me to experience several roles. I endeavor to pass that on to others and keep our agile community connected as we develop each other and achieve incredible results from maximizing flow and delivering value together.
