I co-created an easily implemented training for small business owners wanting to market their personal brand on social media platforms. Duties include Online marketing through Social media, course creation, systems management, communication outreach, client acquisition, client success, profit management, budgeting, group training, personal mentorship, and personal development.

In addition to my formal career I make wedding cakes and special occasion deserts on the side. I design recipes to suit the person who desires the dessert so the celebration is fully customized.

As a Senior Area Manager I oversaw sales, marketing, staffing, and overall operations of the stores in multiple franchise territories.In 6 years I was promoted 3 times, oversaw operations during the expansion of the franchise into two other cities, oversaw the creation and implementation of a franchise wide frozen cakes and desserts program, and participated in upper leadership programs. During my tenure I also instigated, created, and oversaw implementation of a new systematic and thorough new hire process as well as staff onboarding and nurturing programs to continue their education and skill while employed. Additionally, a new SOP manual for menu item assembly as well as store cleanliness and secret shopper guest service programs were initiated and managed by me. Excelling in the delivery of a consistently GRAET guest experience as well as sharing and nurturing transformational leadership skills to all staff under my care were my top priorities!

Prepped, lead, and developed multiple stations including breakfast, saute, grill, and dessert among others for the staff cafeteria in the Humana tower in downtown Louisville. Was awarded the Best Desserts award for the Midwest in 2008 for my unique dessert recipes and management of visual displays for this station.During my stay with Gukenheimer I oversaw the reform of their Nutrition program by researching every corporate recipe against the the USDA nutritional database to ensure we were presenting accurate nutritional profiles for each meal we prepared and served to our guests.

The most successful Bed and Breakfast in Louisville. She averaged 80% occupancy. The owner is a business genius and a wonderful person. Serving here taught me entrepreneurial skills as a self employed contractor. A deep culture of guest service, experiential excellence, and cleanliness wove through each opportunity I was given to manage Kentucky Derby, bridal, and other special occasion events on premises.
