• Undertaking structured analysis and discussion with users, the Product Owner and other stakeholders to elicit functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and appropriate acceptance criteria.
• Producing necessary documentation as required
• Reporting and escalating progress, risks and issues effectively as appropriate
• Contribute towards solution design, identifying the benefits and risks and using thisto provide input into estimating sessions, defect analysis and validating the solutionwith key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to break requirements into appropriately sized user stories
• Work with the Product Owner and other team members to manage the story backlog including prioritisation and understanding the minimum viable product for each solution

• Build strong productive relationships with the business to elicit high quality requirements that are based on true business need
• Produce high quality deliverables, including business requirements, user stories, test cases, functional and non-functional specifications
• Perform user acceptance testing
• Assist the full project lifecycle in an Agile environment
• Operational system deployment on-site Go-Live support.
• Training and support of end users and preparing training materials

• Management, control and maintenance of IT Helpdesk (First line support)
• Support the continual improvement of business change delivery
• Operations systems continuous improvement
• Operational and Financial system deployment on-site Go-Live support.
• Various month end reconciliation analysis tasks post systems Go-Live
• Identification of control gaps, and communication of potential risk mitigation strategies.
