I am an Employee Benefits consultant with a passion for designing and implementing customized benefits programs that meet the unique needs of organizations and their employees. With a keen eye for detail, I am dedicated to educating clients about their benefits options and helping them to enroll in and utilize benefits effectively experience and expertise. My experience in education has equipped me with valuable skills that translate to the insurance field, specifically as an employee benefits producer. As a teacher, I always prioritized what was best for my students while adhering to guidelines, policies, and laws. This same approach can be applied to designing and implementing employee benefits programs that meet the unique needs of organizations and their employees while ensuring compliance with regulations. My 24-year teaching career, including 10 as a coach of various sports, demonstrates my ability to work collaboratively with others and manage complex projects. Additionally, my experience as a Special Education Director and specialized instruction teacher highlights my ability to analyze data, assess needs, and develop customized plans to meet individual needs. In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with family, watching my sons play sports and attending college sporting events. My oldest son, Gunner, plays football at Northwestern Oklahoma State my youngest son, Gannon, attends Jacksboro High School.
