She also has experience building employee ownership and commitment to organizational goals and managing a department during times of rapid change. During her career, she has developed a passion for working with powerful leaders who want to make a lasting difference for their organizations and themselves. Stephanie holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and coaching certification through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, world renowned as a leading training ground in career renewal, coaching and leadership.
