Having worked for 19 years within the finance sector, working for Yorkshire Bank, I studied for my certificate in School Business Management and spent the next seven years as a Business Manager in a primary school. Following centralisation of the Trust I worked for, I moved into payroll and was recently promoted to Trust finance manager.I started my career in 1993, delivering a high standard of customer service across the branch network. My role as a Business Manager required me to be focussed, build relationships with members and develop the portfolio by increasing the value of existing relationship and attract quality new ones.I am organised, self motivated and have a flexible approach to most things which has proven invaluable in both my roles in banking, and education.Since moving into my latest role, I am heavily involved in budgeting, working closely with the schools to manage and track income and expenditure.
