As a nutritional biochemist I pioneered a treatment program for eating disorders that is based on my belief that eating disorders are not mental disorders but are triggered by the foods we eat or lack of them. I have treated eating disorders for several decades. I am also very passionate about protecting children from predators, having been a victim of a pedophile myself. I have a book out calked The Right Bite and several scientific papers published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition and Physiology and Behavior.
