Worked daily with internal sales reps and internal departments, to get customers orders entered and shipped in a timely manner. This included entering the order, working with a planner and sending art to the pre-press department. Once the art was approved by the customer, I then worked directly with a buyer and production/manufacturing in running the product. I then worked with shipping and invoicing, to make sure the order shipped on time and with the correct pricing. I also had to resolve any issues that may have come up in that process.

My main duties were assisting the Buyer with inventory reports and entering purchase orders.

Worked with international vendors in China and Vietnam to outsource office products. Duties included entering purchase orders, supplying artwork, providing shipping and container information, and invoicing. Worked with vendors to maintain pricing list for outsourced items. Completed and updated daily reports of pending and received shipments for internal warehouse facilities. Key Accomplishment:Utilized strong communication skills by serving as point person for the international vendors to ensure product completion and on time shipments.

Managed inventories for TOPS five largest wholesale and retail outlet customers. Supplied daily reports of shipping status and backorder issues to those key customers. Communicated daily with internal warehouse and manufacturing facilities to ensure no stock out issues.Key Accomplishment:Exceptional problem solving skills utilized in an operational environment, resulted in high quality customer service.
