I am the go to person. When you want to know what what is happening in all areas of the organisation you come to me. When you want something actioned you come to me. When you want a process put in place to solve a problem you come to me. By my very nature I love organisation, I love process and I love getting things done... well. I thrive on seeing the outcomes of great organisation, preparation and strategic process. Governance, policies and processes don’t often ignite fire or many people’s interest, but without them an organisation has no foundation by which to build upon, grow and ultimately be successful. I make it my work to ensure these foundations exist to enable long term success. As the Operations Manager at Calisthenics Victoria, I work directly with the CEO and support the Board to achieve the organisation’s vision of Australia knowing and loving calisthenics. I lead the operations team, ensuring a particular focus on the end user, using great preparation and strong organisation. It is through fostering strong team members who feel empowered to succeed whilst living our values of courage, community, connection and confidence, that our small team continues to lead the organisation into the future.
