Currently, Stephanie serves as Senior Litigation Counsel for Siemens, managing litigation for Siemens Financial Services, Siemens Corp. and handling all bankruptcy matters. She leads Siemens in-house e-discovery team. She also provides commercial legal support for Siemens Technology.In private practice, Stephanie focused on complex commercial litigation and business disputes, including class action, white collar crime, construction litigation, products liability and cybersecurity. She routinely counseled clients regarding many aspects of electronic discovery, electronic document retention and litigation preparedness. She managed all discovery matters for a range of matters for private and public entities.
