• This is a multi-faceted and creative role within the Donor Recruitment Department of the UK’s largest dog welfare charity. The department recruits donors via one-off appeals, supporter membership and the hugely.

A varied administrative and secretarial role, assisting a team of four. Duties included composing letters and emails, taking minutes and writing up reports, ensuring the smooth running of the post room and booking both couriers and hire vehicles as needed. After fulfilling a successful temporary placement in early 2008, I was invited back.

PA to a team of three busy project managers, duties involved typing up correspondence, co-ordinating diaries, meeting and greeting clients, taking phone calls and messages, booking both catering and couriers, managing meeting rooms, minute taking and other ad hoc admin and filing duties as required.

• Within a small, office based letting company, responsibilities included:
• Managing and motivating a small team of consultants, including organising staff rotas and holidays
