Launched our Designer Photo Cards business for stores and Walmart.com (including designers Tag & Co, Tumbalina, Vanilla Print, Littleday Press, Hallmark, etc) and grew the business YOY by introducing new form-factors, Designers, updated pricing/GM$ model, and optimizing the users experience through the creation Flow. Worked with team in developing and launching a new Photo Books flow and Photo Card flow that lead to higher conversion and growth in sales. Negotiated with partners and key vendors in bringing costs down that lead to positive margin dollars that were then reinvesting back into the business. Placed all product with vendors, managed production output/quality, costing, pricing, promotions, P&L, and anything else required to run the businesses.

Strategized, created, and implement Shutterfly's Photo Card collection with well known Designers within the stationery industry. Launched in Q4 2007 with Holiday Cards and grew the Portfolio of Designers 3 fold over the course of 3 years, launching new collections including but not limited to- Baby Occasions, Wedding Occasions, Thank yous, Holiday Invitations, and seasonally relevant Content. Assisted the teams in strategizing and implementing a new Cards Flow, form-factors, paper quality, etc.
