As an environmental investigator with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), I conduct complex regulatory compliance investigations across industry in the greater Houston area to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. As a student of the Environmental Management Master program at University of Houston-Clear Lake, I conducted extensive research across the state of Texas, focused on environmental permitting, cost analyses of sustainability programs, as well as site modeling and characterization. Through those projects and meetings with SMEs in the field, my drive to improve our relationship with the environment has only increased. I revel in collaborative teamwork, liaising with cross-disciplinary leaders to create connectivity and translate abstract concepts into compelling action plans. I am motivated to apply my academic knowledge and diverse experience in contract and account management, business development, and client relations to steward environmental compliance programs.
