With a servant-leadership mindset, I am driven by the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive, and I am committed to making that a reality.Armed with a BA in Liberal Studies from California State University, Fresno, and a foundational education from Reedley College, I have spent over a decade honing my skills in leadership, program management, and fostering program success in the education and tech sectors. I am not just a leader; I am a creative thinker, a technologist, and a master networker.In my previous role as the VP of Workforce Transformation at Bitwise Industries, I spearheaded the design and execution of groundbreaking, inclusive workforce development programs. These initiatives were instrumental in bridging the gap between diverse, underserved talent and opportunities in the tech industry, forging partnerships across tech, education, and community sectors.As a Central Valley native, I have a heart for my community. I am driven by a vision of empowerment for BIPOC folx and a commitment to addressing issues facing the Latinx community. I understand firsthand the power of community support and am dedicated to giving back to the community that has given me so much. Now, I bring my expertise, passion, and unwavering dedication to United Way, ready to continue my journey of servant-leadership and make a lasting impact on the lives of others.
