Stephanie was born in a city known as “The City Of Dreams” - Manhattan, New York. After residing in the Bronx for eleven years, she moved to Miami, FL with her family. Growing up, a talent scout offered her free ballet classes which introduced her to dance at a young age. She also took an interest in video games, bringing out her competitiveness. She attended Florida International University, where she pursued an interest in marketing/communications. After working in the food industry for four years, she came across MTN Consulting Inc. She fell in love with the high energy environment and competitiveness, prompting her to join the team. She started off as an account manager and transitioned into the recruiter position after developing an interest in the backend portion of the business. She is excited to grow with the company and sees herself playing a major role in the expansion of the business. Outside of work, Stephanie loves to serve the community. She recently took on a missions trip to El Salvador to provide medical, dental, and other services to their people. She hopes to continue to work with nonprofit organizations in the near future. She also has a passion for makeup, fashion, and traveling.
