 Transcribe audio recordings of doctor-patient consultations into post accurate SOAP notes

 Provides quality treatment using high-end technologies, manual techniques and therapeutic exercises Accomplishes initial evaluation and daily progress notes for assigned patients Answers patients’ inquiries and concerns thru phone call and social media accounts (FB/Instagram) Establishes social media account postings, marketing strategies and promotions Manages doctor’s consultation and physical therapy schedules and billing using Practo Secures Letter of Approval (LoA)/Letter of Guarantee (LoG) and accomplishes HMO Billing Statements Coordinates and discusses with doctors in giving physical therapy management Conducts weekly meetings/case discussions with Physiotherapist/s assigned in the main branch (Singapore branch)

 Implements components of the treatment plan Establishes assessment and treatment plan for assigned patients  Accomplishes daily progress notes and initial evaluation assessment, and billing using Wipro Monitors and reports changes in health status of the patients Provides clinical care for assigned patients Orders prescribed assistive or adaptive equipment Provides patient/family education and support to address physical, emotional and self-care needs as assigned Provides timely and smart information to relevant team members about patients' performance

 Executes Physical Therapy management provided by the Physiatrist Handles both in and out-patients of different ages by utilizing Physical Therapy equipment, assistive devices, manual techniques and therapeutic exercises Evaluates and treats patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological and post-operative orthopedic conditions Raises patients' awareness regarding their condition and discusses with them the treatment goals and the impact of Physical Therapy Suggests additional Physical Therapy management based on own assessment, patients' goals and problem lists Assists and helps patients in achieving treatment goals and in returning to their maximum functional capability Observes patients' progress and accomplishes initial evaluation and daily notes for every patient Gives encouragement and motivation as part of the plan of care Manages monthly reports, monthly patient census, filing of patients' charts and scheduling of patients
