As the Design Ops Lead at SEEK I am responsible for making sure our design practice is running efficiently and effectively as well as amplifying our impact wherever possible. This includes a focus on design maturity frameworks, forums and tooling, practice initiatives, cross-disciplinary relationships and governance, talent growth, development and acquisition and of course, continuing to enable our wonderful design system, Braid.

We work with several different brands and have invested heavily in the development of a scaleable Design System that I am hugely passionate about.

Starting at SEEK I worked within the Candidate Domain, focused on products such as Profile, Apply, Sign/Register, Career Insights and numerous other projects around the company. I created the responsive guidelines within the company and heavily contributed to the SEEK Style Guide.

My role at the company as a graphic designer had me working with the iiNet brand, as well as its acquired brands, in both an internal and external capacity over a wide range of projects. I worked with people throughout the company as well as outside it to ensure that our brands were presented in an outstanding light. I have lead the design aspect of a number projects and on a day to day basis managed my work flow of multiple tasks. Some of my responsibilities have included:- The 2014 Annual Report- The redesign of the invoices- Product launches that have included packaging, manuals and advertisements.- Internal and External campaigns including posters, web banners, staff promotional material, merchandise and signage.
