Stephanie Mui is a passionate and seasoned internal evaluator with over nineteen years of experience in nonprofit management and youth development evaluation. As the Director of Impact and Strategy for Education Programs at Good Shepherd Services, she has dedicated her career to amplifying youth voices, ensuring their perspectives are central to the evaluation of afterschool programs.With a robust academic foundation—holding a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies from Dickinson College and a Master of Arts in Youth Studies from the City University of New York, School of Professional Studies (CUNY SPS)—Stephanie is committed to driving meaningful change through evidence-based strategies. Her work goes beyond metrics, focusing on the transformative impact that thoughtful evaluation can have on programs and the communities they serve.Stephanie also serves as the Evaluation Consultant for the Working the Gap Initiative, where she collaborates with a dynamic cohort of youth evaluators. Together, they not only assess outcomes but also cultivate a shared learning experience, empowering the next generation of evaluators.
