Responsible for managing brand and content initiatives to engage new as well as existing customers, dedicated to grow awareness and build a consistent brand positioning for BESTSELLER.COM across all markets.

Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for BESTSELLER.COM to increase the attraction, reactivation and retention of customers. Also responsible for creating and implementing our social media strategy.

Supporting the E-commerce Manager in the further development of the Benelux market. This includes monitoring daily performance of all 14 brand shops and supporting our Danish brand teams in better catering to the Dutch and Belgian customers. Moreover, optimizing the customer experience and help find ways to increase traffic and conversion.

Responsible for developing and executing PR strategies in close collaboration with the Marketing & PR manager for all BESTSELLER brands, in The Netherlands.

Responsible for collection sell-in to retailers: successfully achieved seasonal sales targets and initiation of sell-through initiatives: events, in-store, merchandising and optimization product assortment.

Responsible for sales performance of several high segmented fashion brands and the visual presentation of all labels in the showroom.

Responsible for administrative procedures and coordination of showroom activities.
