As the acting store manager, I am responsible for every aspect of operations at this $1.5 million Sherwin-Williams location. Some of my duties include, inventory control, customer relationship management,account management, custom price quotes, and ensuring my employees’ performance. Since coming tothis store, this location has shown a 4% increase in year-to-date sales over 2021.

Within the first month of becoming ASM at this $5.5 million Sherwin-Williams, I managed the store for nine days while the entire staff, apart from one part-time employee, was on leave due to a Covid-19 incident. It was difficult, but I rose to the challenge and was able to continue to provide excellent service to my clients. Throughout my time at this store, I developed a strong knowledge of both architectural and industrial coatings, as well as creating strong relationships with my clients and their affiliated salesrepresentatives. Some of the accounts I worked closely with include Brand Safway, Albemarle, and Norrell Construction.

At Steff Neff Music Inc., I created multiple marketing campaigns and managed web design, brand imaging(album art design, music video planning, songwriting, fashion styling), and market research.

At the Listening Room, I greeted and seated patrons, and ran food and drink orders to the tables. I also managed reservations and checked in ticketed guests.

At Soma, I provided personal service to customers, completed register transactions, and aided with inventory management.

At IHI, I worked in Document Control to create a new system to streamline the quality checking of documents, and I verified the location and position of valves on piping and instrument diagrams.

At IHI, I worked in Quality Control on the Cover Point LNG project, I helped to organize a company-wide general assembly, created a new digitized organizational system for the engineering library, I re-organized the invoice filing system for the Accounting department, and served as a substitute receptionist.
