Human Resources Payroll Coordinator
CurrentHR/Payroll Coordinator. Process bi-weekly payroll using Paylocity (Human Resource Information System), answer employee queries/requests regarding HR and Payroll, assist HR in processing employee forms, conduct off-cycle payrolls as necessary, process wage garnishments, answer requests for employment verifications, process employee terminations, assist employees with and process additional payroll items such as mileage reimbursement, on-call, PTO payouts, etc. Assist the HR department as needed.Human Resource Assistant, March 2022-June 2022. Process new hires. Contact references, request background checks, file paperwork, train new employees in Paylocity, Outlook, general company policy, and explain/assist with new hire paperwork; assist employees with HR queries/requests, complete filing, set up new employee file folders, complete post-processing of new employees, process employee terminations, assist HR Director as necessary.
