What I love most about my role is its dynamic nature —no two days are quite the same. Throughout a given week, I advise on technical processes, coach managers within my client groups, support performance management, conduct interviews, make system/process improvements, and handle various employee lifecycle tasks such as onboarding, employee movements, and exits.On a cyclical basis, I assist my People Manager with annual remuneration, performance, and talent reviews, and collaborate on preparing annual DEI reports (WGEA, AWEI, etc).Balancing the day-to-day activities, I also focus on executing key projects aligned with our annual people strategies.My favorite aspect of the HR/People space is balancing strategic initiatives with emotional intelligence, seamlessly integrating data-driven decision-making with enriching employee experiences.
