About Stephanie O'Connor

I am an educational and transition services professional with proven leadership in building successful teams and designing holistic approaches and stratgies to drive meaningful education and development for learners of all ages in a wide array of positions/professions from child to adult. My philosophy is that all people can learn and be successful given the right supports, training, coaching and environment. I am skilled in determining the necessary macro and micro systems and structures for success of individuals and teams alike. My experiences are vast and include development and delivery of cultural competency training, transition services, compliance management, outreach & communications, assistive & instructional technology and an initial basis as a middle/high school special education teacher.
