Inspections can be completed up to 370 meters in length and we have a range of tractors available to inspect all pipes sizes. Our Vactor 2100 Plus contains a 15 yard debris body and 1,500 gallons of fresh water. Highlighted Projects- Managing an engineering design assignment for replacement of three (3) 50,000 Btu/hr boilers, three (3) digester gas compressors and eleven (11) roof top chillers at Ashbridges Bay Treatment Plant. Scope includes upgrades to the SCADA and BAS systems. - Managing an engineering design assignment for critical repairs to the biosolids Pelletizer Facility to ensure the facility can operate for an additional 10 years at Ashbridges Bay Treatment Plant. Upgrades include electrical and process / mechanical upgrades. - Managing a construction project and contract management assignment for critical repairs to the two main raw sewage pumping stations at Ashbridges Bay Treatment Plant. Upgrades include, electrical equipment relocation, pump refurbishment, mechanical and civil construction (asphalt and sidewalks). All work was completed within a working facility and involved complex construction sequencing and coordination. - Leading the reorganization of the internal City of Toronto RFP template and appendices to be utilized by a staff of 190 engineers and project managers involved in capital delivery.Highlighted Responsibilities- Guide and execute long-term strategic plan set out to improve sustainability, quality, efficiency, and performance of wastewater system infrastructure within the City of Toronto. - Ensure that project expenditures are controlled and maintained within approved budget. - Prepare formal RFP and Tender packages detailing scope of work, technical requirements, engineering challenges, budget, quality expectations, performance requirements and expected project deliverables. - Collaborate with executive stakeholders in Toronto Water to define portfolio of capital projects, overseeing numerous consultant and contractual engagements required to manage high-budget, high-risk projects from conception and design through construction.

Highlighted Project- Managed an REOI (roster), for Toronto Water, Toronto District for the installation, construction and rehabilitation of municipal infrastructure. Provided program management for multiple contracts and led contracts from inception to completion. Dealt directly with the Contractors. Highlighted Responsibilities- Managed construction projects for the installation, construction and rehabilitation of municipal infrastructure from inception to completion.- Ensured contracts were carried out in accordance with City standards and specifications, Ontario Provincial Standards Specifications, requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and the Water and Sewer Use By-laws.- Prepared tenders for the installation and rehabilitation of water, sanitary and storm connections and mains.- Reviewed engineering drawings to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.- Conducted field investigations and resolved design related issues.
