CurrentSupports internal Operations Team with client data verifications. Monitors primary sources of communications and resolves client request and escalates potential concerns to management. Ensures that all CARE team staff have appropriate and timely access to all required client databases. Serve as subject matter expert regarding AccessOne database transitions, procedures, or protocols. Reconcile transactions for comparing and correcting data. Maintains databases by entering and verifying data. Support the development and testing of any new reporting or procedure. Improves report quality by reviewing and analyzing reports, maintain file integrity by reviewing any systemic file issues in Robo DX or other file related systems. Lead by example when communicating internally and externally. Maintain a high level of integrity and always represent AccessOne in a highly responsive, professional, and client focused manner.
