As a Patient Care Coordinator, I successfully managed the complex healthcare needs of a type 1 diabetic individual with significant complications, coordinating care among over 20 healthcare providers. Responsibilities included establishing and maintaining communication with multiple providers to ensure alignment on treatment plans. This role involves overseeing medication management, facilitating optimal diabetes control with insulin, and clearly articulating medical conditions and diagnoses to providers for effective collaboration. Additionally, I navigate insurance challenges, advocating for necessary treatments and resolving coverage issues. My holistic approach contributes to significant health improvements, enabling the individual to stabilize conditions and enhance overall quality of life.

Content creation and coaching support for LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse homesteaders. Specifically focused on the support of homesteaders that don't fit into the mainstream homesteading community. Developed and implemented a homestead coaching program, multiple homesteading courses, workbooks and other support materials. Managed all social media content creation across numerous platforms and generated a community of more than 20,000 people in under a year.
