About Stephanie Patterson

I am currently a facilitator, assisting military members and their spouses who are preparing for their separation from the military. I have a background in training and customer service. It was due to my time as a trainer, for a large corporation, that I received my first experience in being in the HR space. I loved what I experienced, and decided to pursue my Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and added a minor in Business Administration. I consider myself an employee engagement advocate because of my love for HR and supporting the needs of the employees. I am dedicated, self-motivated, and enjoy finding solutions.
