When it comes down to it I am a people person. I have always been drawn to jobs that are around people. I loved my job as an Athletic Trainer but over time it was time to move on and now it is time to find another job I have a unique passion for. As an Athletic Trainer I was lucky to be surrounded by people and interacting with them one on one and seeing where our hard work went. As I move along in my career I crave the same experience, but do not need it to be in person. Through the COVID-19 pandemic I learn that while I am great at in-person communication, that doesn't get turned off because I am in a virtual world. I can still laugh, cry, talk, and connect with everyone in the same way. It may seem different but at the end of the day that connection compareable and feels familiar.As I move to find a new adventure I know a few things about myself:- Great communication skills will always be my strongest asset in and out of work.- My want to help people doesn't go away just because I am not working one on one with someone, find solutions and analyzing problems to find someone a solution gives me the same sense of accomplishment.- I love puzzles, and while most people can't see where their are puzzles in a job like Athletic Training, Client Support Specialist or Data Analytics, that is exactly why I love these jobs. My brains craves finding solutions to problems whether it be "Why does my knee hurt", "We can't find the billing code for this patients visit", or "Why are customers only subscribing to a portion of our product".
