Responsible for the expansion of the Nordstrom brand within Canada ($1B in annual sales). This included:- Opening 6 Nordstrom Rack stores across 3 provinces - Operationalizing new selling channels and technology such as e-commerce, Store Fulfillment and Conversational Commerce- Launching nordstrom.ca, a new inventory & exhaust strategy and a cross-brand marketing campaign
