•Ensure the smooth follow-up to completion, during all jobs.•Act as a liaison with different parties (customers, suppliers and internally) toco-ordinate the flow of information and work process.•Coordinate internal and external communications – among suppliers and customers as well as other stakeholders.•Maintain good relationship with suppliers

•Coordinate internal – within the Group, among all Business Units- and external communications –among agencies, event’s organizers, and customers as well as other stakeholders.•Ensure our Brand visibility during events we sponsor or we partner with.• Organize and participate to Marketing/PR activities of the Group.• Negotiate terms of contracts (Trade Exchange & Sponsorship Agreements).• Actively participated to the Branding Project/Rebranding of La Sentinelle Group and its different publications.• Participation to Branding Workshops and also ensuring follow-up during implementation.•Ensure follow-up of all communication campaigns – internally or with advertising/communications agencies - for the Group and its different clusters. •Competitor’s analysis in terms of their offers, advertising rates and communication campaigns etc.•Monitoring of sales/budget figures and preparation of Summaries for Board Meetings.•Prepare summaries of Market Study/surveys and Researches for analysis by Directors (monthly and by semester).

•Ensure back & front office work. •Including issuing of Policy Contracts, Renewal of Existing Insurance and part of Claims.•Give Quality Service to our customers (advices, requests, suggestions etc.)
