Current- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team of five, including C-Level executives; ensure continued improvement of delivery methodologies, lead the delivery team, and serve as an escalation contact for projects- Resolve critical at-risk projects as the primary escalation point for the delivery team, working with client leadership and stakeholders to improve project efficiencies and address customer concerns, resulting in improved project outcomes - Improve governance processes, significantly reducing budget overruns by instituting hour monitoring and budget tracking; standardize change order and milestone approval processes to mitigate scope creep and requirement fluctuations- Establish schedule governance mechanisms, standardizing project timelines and milestone expectations, leading to more predictable project outcomes and client satisfaction- Improved procedures for overseeing resource management governance processes, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing billable time, thereby improving profit margins on projects- Develop an efficient and strategic delivery team; Expanded team from six project managers to 17 employees, including project managers, business analysts, training leads, and change management leads. Implemented additional reporting structure with the addition of manager-level leadership in the delivery team
